Will pestprofit change my software?+
No. pestprofit is read-only. We pull your job and customer data, calculate your real costs, and never write anything back. If you cancel tomorrow, your software will not notice a thing.
What data does pestprofit actually use?+
Jobs, stops, customers, services, invoices and time entries. That is it. No payroll, no commission details, no personal notes. You can see and deselect any field on the setup screen before the first sync.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. All data is encrypted. Hosted on AWS with read-only access to your account. We never sell it, share it, or compare your numbers to other companies without your permission.
My software is not on your list. Can you still help?+
In most cases, yes. If your software has an API, we can add an integration in two to three weeks. If not, we can work from a weekly spreadsheet export. You will not pay until everything is connected and the numbers are correct.
How fast will I see a return?+
Most customers find $1,800 to $4,200 of hidden costs in the first week. One route fix, one underpriced customer, or one technician using too much product can pay for pestprofit several times over.
Will the numbers be accurate for my business?+
Yes. During setup, you enter your actual wages, truck, fuel, chemical and overhead costs. It takes about 20 minutes. After that, every number is specific to your business, not an industry average.
Can my technicians see these numbers?+
Only if you want them to. The default is owner-only. You can turn on a technician view so each one sees their own hourly earnings, and nothing else. You can change this anytime in settings.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your account closes, we delete your data within 30 days, and nothing in your pest control software changes. Export your history first if you want to keep a copy.
